She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Tritt and Gladys Dalton Tritt; her son Dale Neely; and her siblings, Geral Tritt and Eloise Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Zachary (Ben), Vaughn Neely and Teddy Neely; her siblings, Terry Tritt (Penny), Charles Tritt and Joan Keener-Hicks (Bill); and her grandchildren, Candace Keener, Kyle Keener, Katlynn Kinsey, Michaela Kaim, Quinton Neely and Alexis Neely. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

“to geraldines family we have never met but my grandfather was robert bob tritt we live in pisgah forest nc my brother bill joe reece has been in ccontact with joan at some time my mother was frances tritt i remember visitin lawrence when he was in hospial and his funeral service i am so sorry to learn of your mothers passing my mom passed i feb 2018 and the lst of nine children edward also passed the same year no more of bobs children survive just grandchildren nieces and nephews if you choose”
