He is survived by: his daughters, Freda Doolittle (Jerry Gilbert) of Vale and Melisa Herron (Chris) of Gastonia; his grandchildren, Kelly Willett (Cody) of Gastonia, Courtney Betts (Dylan) of Gastonia, Jeremy Gilbert (Anna) and Chrissi Wilkerson (David); his great grandchildren, Wiley Willett and Miles Betts; and his siblings, Bobby Doolittle and Betty Jo Toney.
