He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Smith and Nellie Ruby Davis Moore. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Smith; his daughter Brandy Sabrina Rhoney; his sisters, Ann Jones, Mary Collins, Linda Jernigan (Gerold) and Debbie Myers; his granddaughter Marilyn Adams of North Carolina; his mother-in-law Linda Collier; and his brother-in-law Mark Collier (Angela) of West Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
