It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ray Tucker Jr. (High Point, North Carolina), who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ray Tucker, Sr. and Loretta Suggs Tucker; his wife Linda Lou Tucker; his son William Ray Tucker, III; and his sister Cynthia Tucker Sanders.
He is survived by: his children, Bonita Tucker Critzer (Ronald) and Jeffrey Ray Tucker (Shannon Harris); his grandchildren, Shelley Tucker (Brad McBride), Andy Altizer, Jr., Stephanie Tucker Freeman (Justin), Bradley Critzer, Hannah Overby, Joshua Critzer and Sarah Critzer; his stepgrandchildren, Tim, Ron, Jason Critzer, Austin, Brenden and Keadyn Batchelor; and his great grandchildren, Maranda, Nickolas, Gabriella, Ethan, Silas, Jamison and Asher.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sechrest-Davis Funeral Home Chapel (976 Phillips Ave, High Point, NC 27262).
