With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Ray (High Point, North Carolina), born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 15, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Monroe Ray and Gaynell Wright Ray; his wife Marie Beck Ray; his children, Charles Beck Ray, William Mark Ray and Leigh Ray Wetherington (John); his daughter-in-law Diane Lynk Ray; and his grandchildren, William Lynk Ray, Holden Beck Ray, Chandler Akin White, John Bradley Wetherington, David Ray Wetherington, Anna Leigh Wetherington and Carson Beck Ray.
