She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rufus White and Bertha Wood White; her husband Larry Lee Johnson; her daughter Cynthia Johnson; and her children-in-law, Lynn Frye Johnson and Tom Cheves.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Johnson of Oak Island, NC, Angela Johnson Cheves of Oak Island, NC and Dianne Johnson Mills (Charlie) of High Point; and her sister Joyce White McMahan (Jimmy) of Asheboro. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Floral Garden Park Cemetery (1730 W English Rd, High Point, NC 27262).
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be given to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
