He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fields Westmoreland; his children, Thomas Westmoreland (Jodi) of Tampa, FL, Bobbi Brown (Carl) of Lakeland, FL, Lorri Westmoreland of Laurinburg, NC, Sherri Storey (Boyd) of Tampa, FL and Kandi Deitemeyer (Gary) of Charlotte, NC; his brothers, Charles Westmoreland (Flo) of Stoneville, NC and Allen Callicutt (Shannon) of Archdale, NC; and his stepfather Gene Callicutt of High Point, NC.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
