She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas "Johnny" Robinson and Dennie Reid Robinson; her brother John Robinson; and her sister-in-law Janet Staton. She is survived by: her husband Brian Lamont Weathers; her siblings, Armond Staton, Frankie Staton of Nashville, TN, Stephen Robinson (Avis), Jeané Robinson of Charleston, SC, Paul Robinson (Avis) and Demetrice Graham (David); her niece Aprielle "Penny" McLean (Larry) of Winston-Salem, NC; her parents-in-law, Reverend Eddie Weathers (Annie) and Dorothy Morton Stout; her siblings-in-law, Angela Obi, Alex Harrison, Johnny Stout and Travis Stout (Brandy); and her aunts, Barbara Harrison and Minister Virginia Griffin. She is also survived by three nieces; three nephews; five great nieces; nine great-nephews; and a host of loving cousins and very dear friends.
