She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamden Warner and Emma Toppert Warner; her former husband Case Goodman; and her husband J. D. McGuinn. She is survived by: her daughter Jane Burnette (Calvin) of High Point; her stepson William "Billy" McGuinn (Mollie) of Lexington; her sister Phyllis Nieland of Chicago, IL; and her grandchildren, Grayson "Gray" Burnette, Steve McGuinn and Marinda McGuinn.
