It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Vance Lunsford of High Point, North Carolina, born in Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lunsford and Eunice Stewart Lunsford. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Bishop Lunsford; his sons, Ben Lunsford (Heather) of Jamestown and Andy Lunsford (Saundra) of Newport, TN; his brother Jim Lunsford of Waynesville; and his grandchildren, Caleb Lunsford of Greenville, NC and Jordan Lunsford of Jamestown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
