We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2024, at the age of 92, Robert Louis Hoover (High Point, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hoover and Audrey Hoover; his wife Joanne; and his siblings, Charles, Jimmy, Lib and Martha.

He is survived by: his children, Janet Ellington (Kelly), Bobby Hoover (Sara) and Elisabeth Pruitt; and his grandchildren, Lecia Kolaszewski, Courtney Fletcher, Chelsea Eikenberg, Coulter Pruitt, Chase Pruitt and Haley Hoover. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bob's favorite charity St. Jude Children's Hospital or to Wesley Memorial Church.
