He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinton Brown Sr. and Wilma Pierce; his son Phillip Brown Jr.; and his sister Barbara Brown. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his son Richard Brown (Ronda); his daughter-in-law Rhonda Coe; his grandsons, Garrett Brown (Chandler), Joshua Brown, Geovanny Brown (Kara) and José Brown; and his brother Quinton Brown Jr. (Donna). He is also survived by great father to his children.
