She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Lee Scott and Virginia Kathleen Essex Scott; her sister Louise Pingley; and her granddaughter Sierra Stanley. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Christian Pluck, III; her children, William Pluck, IV (Crystal) of High Point, Lisa Stephens (Michael) of Thomasville and Joyce Stanley (Kenneth) of Stokesdale; her adoptive son William Rice of High Point; her brother Richard Scott (Carolyn) of West Virginia; her half-brothers, Ralph Hicks (Deborah) of Cullowhee and Brian Scott (Leasa) of West Virginia; her sister Joyce Heckman (Mickey) of Maryland; her half-sister Becky Radabaugh (T. J.) of West Virginia; and her grandchildren, Marina Pluck, Christian Pluck, Marissa Pluck, Michael Stephens, Jr., Joshua Stephens, Summer Stanley and Kenneth Stanley, III.
