He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey Dills and Fannie Johnson Dills; his siblings, Mildred, Wade, Elsie and Walter; his wife Carol Hepler Dills; his daughters, Theresa Rodriguez (Luis) and Yvette Dills; and his grandchildren, Karen Fulk (John), Ramon Rodriguez and Adam Rodriguez. He was also cherished by numerous family members and friends.
