He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gray Baity and Nancy Corea Baity. He is survived by: his siblings, Vivian Wilborne (Terry) of Thomasville, Maria Ramsey (Gary) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Daniel Baity (Danna) of Trinity and Andrew Baity (Annissia) of Thomasville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery (401 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360).
