Johus Matthews (Mary), Lou Ella Coplan, Elizabeth Stubbs, Annie Hood and Patricia Barksdale; his grandchildren, Uralater Matthews, Sherrell Matthews, Nathaniel Matthews and Courtland Matthews; and his stepchildren, Jamel Asharti, Diamond and Mercedes.
