He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzell "Zeke" McKiver, Sr. and Nora B. Matthews McKiver; his siblings, Lonzell "Bobby" McKiver Jr. and Patricia A. Cotton; his nephew David Robinson Jr.; and his great-nephew Colby Bethea.
He is survived by: his children, Andre Bennett of High Point, NC, Michael W. McKiver of High Point, NC, Iesha Morrison of High Point, NC and Nitaya Blakeney (Tay Tay) of High Point, NC; and his siblings, Ada Leggett, Betty Singletary (Arthur), Mary McManus, Evang, Samuel McKiver (Geraldine), James McKiver and Abraham.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Phillips Funeral Service, Inc. (1810 Brockett Ave, High Point, NC 27260). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Phillips Funeral Service Chapel (1810 Brockett Ave, High Point, NC 27260).
