She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ingram Allen and Lizzie Thomas Allen; and her siblings, Della Bea Melton, Albert Allen, Jr. and Douglas McArthur Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Jesse Reese; her son Jeffrey Scott Reese (Inez) of High Point, NC; her granddaughters, Veneshia Hunter and Latisha Shelton; her siblings, Frances Stokes of High Point, NC, Veretha Ingram, Etta Hayes of Greensboro, NC and Jerry W. Allen of High Point, NC; and her nieces, Sandra Pendergrass, Franique Stokes, Traci Allen and Tara Baker. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
