It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Gloria Savvas (High Point, North Carolina), born in Salisbury, North Carolina, who passed away on July 24, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Erneston and Danay Amanitore Erneston; her husband Harry P. Savvas; her son Paul Savvas; her grandson Marcus Savvas; and her brothers, Dr. Nicholas Erneston and George Erneston.
She is survived by: her children, Danay Savvas and Konstantine Savvas (Debra); and her grandchildren, Harry Savvas (Rachael), Julia Savvas and Sarah Savvas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
