He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ulysses and Ruth Hiatt Latham. He is survived by: his wife Rita Allen Latham; his children, Bonnie Edwards (Tim) and Marty Latham (Jill); and his grandson Seth Edwards. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
