He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Spell Craven; his children, Brad Craven (Marie) of Asheboro and Christy Kimball (Bryan) of Asheboro; his stepchildren, Gregg Helmstetler (Sherry) of Archdale and Sherry Shoaf (Dan) of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Asher Craven, Nolan Craven, Madison Kimball, Tyler Kimball, Christopher Helmstetler, Tyler Helmstetler, Ryan Chapman and Leyton Wainright; his great grandchild Azaleah Chapman; and his brother Mike Craven (Jan).
