We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2024, at the age of 75, Margaret Salgado McMillian of High Point, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Garretson and Serafin Salgado; and her siblings, Delfina Theimer, Samona Creasy, Serafin "Nanny" Salgado and Frankie Salgado.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas McMillian; her children, Katie Walker (Louis) and Doug McMillian, Jr. (Riley); her grandchildren, Whitney Early (Michael), William Walker (Krista), Kailey Walker, Cayden McMillian and Declan McMillian; her great grandchildren, Talen, Lane Early, Kennedy and Sammy Walker; and her siblings, Lupe Dickerson, Lolita Whitaker, Ila Cecil, Becky Hodges and Joe "Pepe" Salgado. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests no flowers, but donations can be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
