She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martin Butler and Pearl Mae Jones Butler; her husband Lester William Campbell; her daughter Ann Welch; her grandson Brian Campbell; and her sisters, Lila Brown and Edith Hodgin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Cannon of High Point, Ronda Hornsby of High Point, Joy Fisher and Penny Hawk of Denver. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
