She is survived by: her children, Robert Pipkin (Angela), Michael Cook (Michelle) and Diane Cook (Alan Wagner); her grandchildren, Alex, Amanda, Mallory, Rachel, Nicholas and Andrew; and her siblings, Frank D'Agostino, Phil D'Agostino, Donald Dinsmore and Laura Adams. She is also survived by her family, friends.
