He is survived by: his wife Melinda Nelson; his son Kenneth LaRon Nelson (Jessica); his stepchildren, Alvin Gentry and Melondy Gentry; his mother Carolyn Nelson Lovely; his stepfather Harley Lovely; his father Allen McRae Jr. (Marsha) of Hillsborough, NJ; his grandchildren, Ava and Alaia; his sisters, Fontrea Davis (Maurice), Alysia Straw (Dave) of Springfield and Shiresa Ngo (Thomas); his nieces, Tanisha Gaines (Kevin) and Shana Jones of Jacksonville, FL; his nephew Tyler Ngo; his great-nieces, Zariah Rawlinson of Daytona Beach, FL, Jordyn Tabron of Jacksonville, FL and Sydney Gaines of High Point, NC; and his great-nephew Joshua Tabron of Jacksonville, FL.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
