He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lee and Annie Elizabeth Moser Hollingsworth; his sister Jerry Hollingsworth Johnson; and his great grandchild Ronald Steven Deptula. He is survived by: his wife Gerry Myers Hollingsworth; his daughters, Brenda Hollingsworth Dula, Pam Hollingsworth Newby and Nikki Hollingsworth Deptula; his grandchildren, Brad Newby (Christina Faust), Kristyn Veid (Rich), Ronnie Deptula (Ashley) and Adrienne Isenhower (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Eva Stauffer and Libby Deptula. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
