She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Frances Kennedy Johnson and John Harry Johnson; her husband Jerry Eugene Peacock; and her sisters, Patricia Jones, Mary Frances White, Debbie Holt and Sarah Draughn.

She is survived by: her sisters, Brenda Draughn (Kenneth) and Jerry Tuttle (Harold); her nieces and nephews, Janet Smith (Jerry), Carol Sherrill (Ben), Dale Draughn (Tiffany), John David Ashworth (Trisha Niemeyer), Mary Beth White (Robert Abernethy), Tim Tuttle, Angie Taylor (Chris), Brian Draughn, Chris Holt and Daniel Holt; her close friends, Vivian Lynch and Becky Beeson; and her stepdaughters, Kim and Karen. She is also survived by ten step-grandchildren; and several great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to a palliative care unit of the donor's choice.
