She is survived by: her husband Dr. Michael Clitus Blackwell, Sr.; her children, Julie Blackwell and Michael Blackwell, Jr.; her grandchildren, Gabriella Curtis and Sam Curtis; her brother Stephen Kanipe (C. P.); her brother-in-law Bob Denham; and her nieces and nephews, Tristan Kanipe (Jenny), Scott Denham (Cathy), Marina O'Keefe (Tim) and Kristin Denham (Hugh Conroy).
