She is survived by: her children, Keven Perkins and Amy Perkins; her grandchildren, Bridgette Lovelace, Brighton Perkins, Melody Perkins, Mallory Perkins and Amelia Perkins; her sisters, Cathy Oates, Sandra Allred, Gail Hurdle and Jeanne Eaton; and her close friend Mary Terry.
