She was predeceased by: her son David Gary Stroud; and her brother Edward Cox, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Harold Stroud; her daughters, Susan Jackson (Samuel) of Kernersville and Laura Traylor (Jeffrey) of High Point; and her grandsons, Eric and Andrew Traylor.
