Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Mauney of High Point, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 85, on July 14, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wallace Mauney and Mary Lou Coffey Mauney; and his brother Jim Mauney. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Byerly Mauney; his children, Joel Mauney (Linda) of Broomfield, Colorado and Jennifer Mauney (April) of Greensboro; his stepdaughters, Karen Redmon (Steve) of Greensboro, Shannon Everhart (Sandy) of Thomasville and Jennifer Lee (David) of Greenville; his brother Steve Mauney (Lynda) of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, McKenna Mauney and Davis Mauney. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren.
