He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward and Notre Elizabeth Kimball Lockhart; and his brothers, Robert W. Lockhart and Marvin E. Lockhart. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Faye Ussery Lockhart; his daughter Penny Lockhart; his sister Mary E. Barnes (Danny) of Trinity; and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Lockhart of Boonville, Sondra Auman of High Point and Donald "Don" Ussery of High Point. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
