He is survived by: his mother Roni Sue Smithour Gallo; his daughters, Alyssa Hayden Shaw and Avery Raye Shaw; his father Eddie Shaw; his stepparents, Joyce Shaw of High Point and Paul Gallo of New Hampshire; and his grandfather Marvin Shaw (Betty) of Glade Valley.
