He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Mary Pickard Shoaf; and his brother Larry Shoaf. He is survived by: his wife Nancy "Bunny" Burton Shoaf; his sons, Scott Shoaf (Christa) of St. Petersburg, Chad Shoaf (Leslie) of Oak Island and Bart Shoaf (Rebecca) of Stuart, Virginia; his grandchildren, Lucy Shoaf (Emiliano Falcon), Brendan Shoaf, Noah Shoaf and Lily Shoaf; his brother Terry Shoaf (Donna) of Archdale; and his sister-in-law Mara Shoaf of High Point. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Floral Garden Park Cemetery (1730 W English Rd, High Point, NC 27262). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
