He is survived by: his wife Kim R. Saulter; his sons, Bryant Saulter and Jeffrey Saulter Jr.; his stepchildren, Courtney Reid and Melàni Reid; and his brother Gary R. Ezell (Mika). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, many very close cousins.
