She was predeceased by: her parents, John Emmett and Annie Eunice Dunn Graham; her husband Marion Cruzer Rowland, Jr.; her son Marion Cruzer "Rusty" Rowland III; and her sister Barbara Graham Hand.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Rowland Magill (Orrin), Susan "Susie" Rowland Hayes and Richard Kirby Rowland (Mary Crawford) of High Point; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Rowland of Huntersville; her grandchildren, Graham Magill (Clinton Lukhard), Elizabeth "Lizzie" Magill Novack (Evan), Catherine Magill, Sam Magill, Jamie Hayes and Josh Hayes; her great grandchildren, Ben Lukhard, Anne Lukhard, Gray Novack and Alexander Novack; and her sister Frances Graham Maragon of Virginia Beach, Virginia..
