She is survived by: her husband Frank Edward Noell; her son Timothy Edward Noell (Cheryl); her grandson Christopher Ryan; her daughter Catherine Noell Chandler (Vernon); her grandchildren, Edward Addison (Summer) and Emily Noelle; and her brother William B. Gibbs of Vinton, VA..
