He is survived by: his wife Janice Curren Moffitt of Pennybyrn; his daughters, Ashely Moffitt Pritchett (David) and Christy Moffitt Rollins of New Bern, NC; and his grandsons, Jack Lown of Raleigh, NC, William Lown of Wilmington, NC and Tyler Rollins of New Bern, NC..
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cumby Family Funeral Service (1015 Eastchester Dr, High Point, NC 27262). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jamestown United Methodist Church (403 E Main St, Jamestown, NC 27282).
