He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fletcher and Rachel Braxton Fletcher; and his brother Richard Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Teresa McAdden Fletcher; his son Kenneth Fletcher; his stepchildren, Dalton Shaver and Rebekah Shaver; and his brother Don Fletcher (Peggy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandson.
