He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy James Foster and Ruth Ann Chaney. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Ray Foster (Tara) and Chance Stewart; his grandchildren, Madison Foster, Caitlin Clark (Daniel), Zane Stewart (Kendall), Haley Stewart and Hunter Stewart; his siblings, Michael Foster, Patricia Freeman (Tim) and Brenda Williamson (John); his aunt Carole Webb; and his nephews, Michael Foster (Alicia), Nicholas Freeman (Whitney) and Kevin Foster. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and several great-nephews and great-nieces.
