He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Fabrizio and Agnes Neidig Fabrizio. He is survived by: his wife Linda Boaz Fabrizio; and his children, Billy Fabrizio (Michelle) of Nevada, Patrick Fabrizio (Debbie) of Maryland, Pamela Jarrell of Florida, Andrew Fabrizio (Gerren) of Grovetown, Tony Quebral (Dianne) of Fairfax and Lani P. Hawks (Tony) of Reidsville, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fair Funeral Home (432 Boone Rd, Eden, NC 27288). The military honors was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Roselawn Burial Park (103 Clearview Dr, Martinsville, VA 24112).
