He is survived by: his wife Linda Boaz Fabrizio; and his children, Billy Fabrizio (Michelle) of Nevada, Patrick Fabrizio (Debbie) of Maryland, Pamela Jarrell of Florida, Andrew Fabrizio (Gerren) of Grovetown, Tony Quebral (Dianne) of Fairfax and Lani P. Hawks (Tony) of Reidsville, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
