It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Ruth Breedlove Thomas (High Point, North Carolina), who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lowell Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Debra Lewallen, Patti Bitner, Bob Thomas Jr. (Vickie) and Keith Thomas; and her grandchildren, Julie Kennedy (Tommy), Michael Lewallen (Becky), John Lewallen (Crystal), Keith Newton, Bobby Thomas (Gloria), Amanda Henry (Joe) and Cristen Thomas. She is also survived by her 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
