He is survived by: his wife Glenda Spivey Teeter; his son Brian Teeter (Mary Ella); his granddaughter Christina Teeter Doligalski (Mike); his great grandchildren, William and Benjamin Doligalski; his stepchildren, Neal Spivey (Rosemary), Janet Spivey Campbell (Douglas) and Kay Spivey Underwood (Wallace); his stepgrandchildren, Leah Underwood Jordan (Daryl), Brett Underwood (Jodye), Meredith Spivey Lipnick (Scott), Rachel Spivey Valentine (Scott), Laura Spivey and Alex Campbell; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Eli, Molly Jordan, Kellen, Tori Underwood, Georgia, Wesley Lipnick and Billie Valentine.
