He is survived by: his wife Melinda Kivett Johnson; his brother Wayne Johnson; and his children, Joshuah Lee, Johnathan Lee (Shandell Hinders), Nicholas Lee and Alyssa Lee (Steven Burke). He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
