She was predeceased by: her parents, Graydon Bennett and Margaret Young Bennett; and her sister Eva Briggs. She is survived by: her children, Robert W. "Speedy" Hedgecock, Jr. (Janice) of Kernersville and Misty Hedgecock McGuire of Kernersville; her brother R. J. Bennett, Jr. of Greensboro; her grandsons, Daniel Hedgecock (Jessica) and Aaron Hedgecock; and her great grandchildren, Cora Hedgecock and Cole Hedgecock.
