He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Biggs and Mabel Biggs; his wife Marilyn Jean Hughes Biggs; and his daughter Linda Stompanodo. He is survived by: his children, Christine Padgett of High Point, Dennis Michael Biggs of Johnsburg, IL, Karen Roberts (Mike) of McHenry, IL, Pamela Morrison of Yucaipa, CA, Diane Vlask of Spring Grove, IL and David Biggs of High Point. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
