He was predeceased by: his parent Ira; his siblings, Gloria Williams, Diane Miller (John), Frederick Haynes, Ronald Williams, Gilbert Williams and Robert Williams; and his sister-in-law Louise Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Diannie Lee Williams; his children, Christina Jones (William), Gary Alterique Williams, Anita Yvette Williams, LaShonda Diane Williams, Tameka RaShone Williams, Rahmon Ali Williams (Sharon), Fatimah Alnissa Ali Saibou (Moustapha), Kareem Ali Williams (Alexis) and Jemila Williams; and his sisters, Geneva Thompson, Louise Ballard and Barbara Johnson (Joseph). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Peoples Funeral and Cremation Service (1404 W English Rd, High Point, NC 27262). Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
