He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Eleby Sr. and Maggie Eleby. He is survived by: his wife Fannie Walls; his children, Gary Brooks (Linda) of High Point, NC, Kenny Brooks (Patricia) of Thomasville, NC, Lisa Walls of High Point, NC and Tracy Hawkins (Michael) of High Point, NC; his grandchildren, Wykena Dumas, Raquel Moore, RayQuan Kennedy, Brioanna Sanderson and Jamarius Matier; his great grandchildren, Jeovanni Fuller and Skye Fuller; his siblings, James Eleby (Nancy), Lee Eleby (Diane), Barbara Hunter and Beatrice Little; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Price-Burris and Jacqueline Walls.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Solid Rock Baptist Church (903 E Kearns Ave, High Point, NC 27260). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
