He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jack and Lillian DeMaggio (Sagona) of Virginia; and his sister Annette DeMaggio Ford. He is survived by: his wife E. Claudia DeMaggio; his daughters, Dawn Marie DeMaggio Lemonds (Michael) of Rockford, MI and Christina Ann DeMaggio Deguzman (Joseph) of Berkley, MI; his sisters, JoAnne DeMaggio Sullivan (Terrance Wayne) of West Bloomfield, MI, Joyce DeMaggio Makowski (Gary) of Calabash, NC and Mary Jo DeMaggio McNair (Gerry) of Calabash, NC; and his close friend Jim Whyte. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Frank's memory to the Unites States Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots Campaign (he would love that).
