She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Parrish and Nellie Parrish; and her daughter Michelle Weaver. She is survived by: her children, Ronda Moore, Connie Whaley (Larry) and Les Redner (Angela); her sisters, Judy Hunt (Alton), Lynn Hunt (Eugene), Pat Callahan (David), Beverly Connell and Pam Callahan; and her granddaughter Tiffany Hunt. She is also survived by son, Pastor Jeff Smith; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the George Brothers Funeral Service (803 Greenhaven Dr, Greensboro, NC 27406). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405).
